Vicky Langdown, the Head of our Property Department has over 20 years, Sarah Coles has over 12 years of experience and Dawn Ashfield has over 25 years of experience within residential property conveyancing, and therefore they have the benefit of having dealt with properties of many types with a wide variety of requirements. Sarah has particular experience of residential purchases that involve Long Service Advance of Pay (LSAP) from the MOD, Help to Buy Schemes and Help to Buy ISAs. Their knowledge helps ensure the process is as speedy and straightforward as possible.
We operate a case tracking service that allows our clients to view events on line as they occur during the property conveyancing process. The key benefits are that the information is available at any time and there is a clear understanding of which of the necessary steps have been undertaken.
