Vicky Langdown, the Head of our Property Department has over 20 years of experience within residential property conveyancing, and therefore she has the benefit of having dealt with properties of many types with a wide variety of requirements. Her knowledge helps ensure the process is as speedy and straightforward as possible. The team also has particular experience of residential purchases that involve Long Service Advance of Pay (LSAP) from the MOD, Help to Buy Schemes and Help to Buy ISAs.

We operate a case tracking service that allows our clients to view events on line as they occur during the property conveyancing process.
