Professional Qualifications and Background
Sarah Wood-Heath is a Senior Associate Solicitor with Sampson Coward’s Family Department. Admitted as a solicitor in 2007, Sarah has many years’ experience specialising in Family Law. With particular interests in advising and representing clients on international and domestic surrogacy arrangments, co-parenting arrangements, donor conception and also advising heterosexual couples, same sex couples and single parents on creating their families. Sarah joined the Family Department at Sampson Coward on 17 April 2023.
Sarah is a member of Resolution, a group of professions who believe in a non-confrontation approach to family issues. She is trained and qualified in Collaborative Family Law and a member of the regional group for Salisbury and the surrounding areas.
