At Sampson Coward we provide advice and guidance on a wide range of employment law related issues acting for both employers and employees.
These include unfair dismissal, settlement agreements, redundancy, disability discrimination, contracts of employment, staff handbooks, restrictive covenants, sex discrimination, grievances, disciplinary matters, race discrimination, pregnancy, and employment tribunals.
Our employment solicitors aim to provide clients with the benefit of our expertise and experience to help resolve employment problems in a prompt, efficient and cost effective manner.
The cost of our legal advice depends upon the nature of the matter and its complexity. However, we will provide you with an estimate of our fees at the outset and will update you on any change to the estimate so that there are no surprises for you relating to our fees. We will also discuss with you alternative methods of funding including funding through insurers and on a no-win no-fee basis.
We are able to meet clients at our offices in central Salisbury and can also conduct meetings via Skype or Facetime, which is often convenient for those not based locally.
Whilst we are unable to provide employment law advice until you become a client, we are always happy to talk on the telephone on a “no obligation” basis and give you an honest and informed opinion as to whether taking legal advice is necessary.
Thank you for all your support and patience. If I need anything in the future I will return to you.
