Karen has worked in the legal profession for over 18 years. She is an experienced conveyancer with more than 10 years as part of a property team in residential conveyancing. Before joining Sampson Coward Karen worked for two prominent solicitors' firms in Bournemouth and Shaftesbury.
Karen acts for clients buying and selling a wide range of properties varying from flats to large detached houses. She has experience purchasing with the aid of help to buy loans and help to buy ISA’s. Examples of the type of transactions that Karen has dealt with include:
