  • Dealing with foreign assets
  • Dealing with inheritance tax and the various exemptions and allowances
  • Dealing with intestacy situations (where there is no Will)

  • Statutory Wills (where an individual lacks mental capacity to give their own instructions)
  • Deputyship applications
  • Court applications regarding the removal of trustees, specific orders regarding the sale of property and specified assets

  • Setting up a trust and associated compliance regulations
  • Winding up a trust and associated compliance regulations

  • Preparation of annual tax returns and calculating any capital gains tax liabilities
  • Trust management including Deed of Appointment regarding capital distributions in line with trust regulations, Trustees Minutes regarding income distributions, compliance with HMRC regulations and FATCA regulations eg dealing with exit charges and ten year anniversary charges and relevant inheritance tax returns
  • Assisting trustees with carrying our their responsbilities and obligations
