Being Medically Discharged from the Army

I am in the Army and was injured whilst at work. I am now likely to be medically discharged. I think the accident was caused by lack of training but I have been told that I cannot sue the Army.

There are certain cases when, if injured, during warlike activities the Crown is immune from civil claims. However if you did this whilst in your day to day work and not engaged in a war like activity then you may be able to claim. Damages for armed forced personnel can be significant because of the loss of earnings (including promotion), pension and very generous fringe benefits.
